Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service

I appreciated the spacious Standard King Room and the fresh cookies upon arrival. The staff promptly addressed my plumbing issue, showcasing genuine care. For future guests, check out the nearby dining options for convenient meals. A solid choice for a budget stay near Omaha.

Courteous, friendly recognized us when stayed a second night on the return trip. Room clean. Bfst was OK

We stayed on the first floor, upstairs occupants arrived very late, were noisy and bang things around, had TV on loud for most of the night. Did not have restful sleep, especially needed for a 12 HR drive the next day. Not sure what can be done by the Inn. Occupants are sometimes not very considerate.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a great bathroom, the bed was good. The breakfast was hot with yogurt and cookies, as for instance, the staff was supper friendly. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was close to Council Bluffs and Omaha and the airport and shopping and Western Inn.

Great place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable beds. The staff even helped me return my forgotten jewellery on my first visit. I highly recommend it for a great stay!

The price and location made us book; the awesome hotel will make us come back! Free cookies and hot dogs upon check, a free breakfast of biscuits and gravy, big flat screen tv in the room, double sinks (made it really nice with 3 girls all trying to get ready at the same time to go out on the town), etc. I will definitely stay here again, and recommended it to everyone I saw at the Christmas party that night!

If you're a light sleeper, you might have trouble with the train track that runs next to the hotel.

Air conditioned and functional rooms with a great bathroom for hotel guests. Decent and nice location, in areas in the hallway...

The complimentary snacks were a nice touch!

The room was not only unclean but also had a terrible odor that was hard to ignore. The bed was uncomfortable, leaving me with back pain throughout my stay. I brought up my issues to the staff, but their response was lacking and they seemed indifferent to my concerns.

The lady at the front desk was rude! They never got my reservation and the 150 hold on the card is dumb!!

The room was spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise 🛏️ But the damp carpet gave off a musty smell that was hard to ignore. Decent for a night's stop.

It was conveniently located, clean, close to a restaurant, nice ambiance.

It's on the side of town that has been forsaken because of the new casinos on the other side of town but it is a good value as far as the rooms and the staff. Right next to railroad tracks but not too many trains use it.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and supper/evening snack. Even fresh-baked cookies!!

Location was out of the way.

The staff was hospitable. I found the room spacious and equipped with two sinks, easier for me to get ready. The availability of hot dogs and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch after a long day of travel. It was convenient to access the interstate without much noise from the outside. It met my needs without breaking the bank.

I had the false notion that it'd be charming. On the contrary, it's merely ordinary and an inflated price.

Very nice motel. We will look for Western Inn on our way to Az. This winter. The ammenities were a nice surprise.

Bathroom floor needs to be cleaner. Please throw away towels or washcloths that are stained.
